The Rays, this year have to be the biggest surprise in sports of the last 10 years. I do have to say I am not a Rays fan nor do I plan to jump on the bandwagon, I am a Yankee fan but that will not stop me from sitting and enjoying the Rays run.
They are not winning with smoke or mirrors they are winning with great pitching, timely hitting, and with speed to burn.
One thing that is getting under my skin is the people calling radio sports talk shows who last year didn't know Tampa Bay had a baseball team, some forgot there was a hockey after winning the Stanley Cup.
The many of the area's radio "personality's" are no help, many are such homers. I just wish some knew what they knew what they are talking about, and lets just wait a while to print world series tickets. Tom UC 123
