You may remember a post a while back about the head basketball coach at Old Miss, while in Cincinnati for a game he was arrested for punching and throwing verbal insults at a cab driver.
On Monday he pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of disorderly conduct, and was given 40 hours of community service and (big surprise) probation.
How is Old Miss punishing there coach...there not giving him a contract extension, oh wow how harsh would have they have been if he went to jail for 6 months which the original charge carried.
Now the AD who swore Kennedy would be cleared once all the facts where known, all he has to say now is he thinks this will not hurt recruiting, what a laugh.
Watch after next season he will get his extension like nothing happend, and the joke is he still has 3 years on his contract.
So what does all this prove? Its fair season on cab drivers, and that is the truth!
